🇺🇸 Q1. I'm a USA-based buyer. Will I pay any customs duty or import tax?
No! All orders shipped through our official wholesale website BlackJackWholesale.com are fulfilled via our USA-registered channel. There is no import duty, tax, or hidden charge for US buyers.
🔁 Q2. Do you offer dropshipping? Can you ship directly to my customers?
Yes, we offer complete dropshipping services. You can list our products on your own store or platform, take customer orders, and we will ship directly to your customer with neutral packaging or even your branding (if requested).
- No invoice or branding from us unless requested

- Perfect for resellers, influencers, and small businesses
To start: Simply place the order on our website and enter your customer’s address at checkout. You can mention “Dropship Order” in the order note for extra clarity.
💎 Q3. Are your products ready to ship or made-to-order?
Most of our jewelry pieces are made to order with a 7–10 business day processing time. Larger custom or bulk orders may take 10–15 business days. All pieces are carefully crafted and quality checked before dispatch.
🛠 Q4. Can I request custom engraving or stone color (e.g. dark pink/blue)?
Absolutely. We offer full customization options such as:
- Engraving (inside rings, back of pendants, etc.)
- Custom gemstone color (pink, blue, champagne, etc.)
- Size adjustments
- Bulk order packaging requests

We ship worldwide via:

All shipments include tracking and insurance. Express options include signature on delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s website.

Ready-to-ship items: 14-day return accepted if unused and in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping.
Custom/Made-to-order items: Final sale – no returns or exchanges.
Full refund is only offered for defective/damaged items. We ensure every order is checked before shipping.
