🛍 General Policy for Ready-to-Ship Jewelry

  • We offer a 14-day return window for non-custom, ready-made jewelry.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags and certificates intact.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Note: Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days, minus shipping and handling costs (if applicable).

🧵 Custom & Made-to-Order Items — No Returns

Due to the nature of our handmade and personalized products, all custom orders are final and non-refundable.

Custom items include:

  • Engraved or personalized jewelry
  • Custom-sized rings
  • Modified designs or non-standard requests
  • Jewelry made with buyer-supplied stones or components
  • Bulk or wholesale orders above $500

These pieces are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold. This policy ensures pricing consistency and premium service.

💍 Exchange or Repair (Defective/Damaged Items)

In case of defects or damage in transit, we offer free repair or exchange. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or video proof.

🌍 International Buyers – Customs & Import Duties

  • Buyers are responsible for any local customs, VAT, or import duties.
  • These charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.
